[more]Hi, I'm looking to really take my training to the next level and am interested in hiring a virtual coach to help me meet my goals. Any leads would be highly appreciated.
My main discipline is hand to hand (as a base), however I have been spending a lot of time working on handstands during the pandemic, and have been learning aerial straps and static duo trapeze as well.
My high level goal is to drastically improve my mobility/active flexibility while continuing to progress in strength on traditional barbell and bodyweight movements (ideally with a focus on hand balancing)
Some specific short term goals of mine are
- flat pancake
- front lever
- middle and side splits
