I am currently the Department Chair of Exercise Science at Shenandoah University in Winchester,VA. I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I currently serve as the VA/DC State Director for the NSCA, and created their Performing Arts Special Interest Group. I earned my BFA in theatre from the University of Florida, and M.S. and Ph.D in Strength and Conditioning Exercise Physiology respectively from Springfield College. I have worked with athletes at the DI, DII, and DIII levels as well as performing artists.
