- Ascend Flow Arts is a fitness and movement arts training studio in Wilmington, DE. We focus on aerial arts and Ground Acrobatics from recreational to professional levels. Ascend strives to bring these unique art forms to the community in a safe and affordable way. We opened our doors in the Spring of 2014 and have been growing ever since. Our goal is to create a second home for students where they are free to embrace their love of movement and artistic expression through high quality instruction in a welcoming community.
