Arba Minch Circus & Theater group

Arba Minch Circus and Theater Group is a social circus and which is determined to achieve beyond the circus art. Currently the group only focus on the circus performance due to different Limitation factors and most members of the circus group are from the street of Arba Minch town. Arba Minch Circus Group is established with the objective of changing the life of street and vulnerable children of Arba Minch town with the circus art in the mean while the circus group to show the importance as well as the talent of the street children to the local community in order to change the bad attitude of the local community towards street children. Arba Minch Circus applying an inclusive approach to bring back the life style of the street children thus street children attending the circus training as well as performances with the member children come from the community children any kinds of limitation in collaboration with their peers without considering their backgrounds (race, ethnic, religion, social and economic status, family status (Orphan), age, gender, culture, political, educational status, disability, language, etc…). Therefore, our circus beyond entertaining local community with the circus performances and promoting the circus art in the community properly fulfills its responsibility to fight against addiction, child delinquency, crime, school dropout, violence, robbery, etc... but beyond all of these we have changing the life of street children and the attitude of the local community regards to street children because before the local community think about street children as born trash, criminal, arrogant, skill less, hopeless, deviant etc...
