I believe life is too short not to take risks, and I thrive on stepping outside my comfort zone to discover what’s out there. In 2017, at just 19, I left my hometown in Czechia and moved to Australia without speaking a word of English. Brave or foolish? It doesn’t matter — what matters is moving forward, even when the plan doesn’t make perfect sense.
After completing my diploma in structural engineering and working a 9–5 job, I found my true passion in circus arts — especially partner acrobatics and aerial silks. My aerial teacher, Karen Yuen, and I connected on an universe-unexplained level and together we began performing duo silks and duo lyra in 2022.
Gradually, I shifted from engineering to fully pursuing my artistic dream. In 2025, after gaining Australian permanent residency, I auditioned for Stockholm University of the Arts (formerly DOCH) and was accepted into the Bachelor’s programme in partner acrobatics. I now live in Stockholm, dedicating myself to study/training, performing, and expanding my artistic practice.
