Born and raised in Mexico City, Andrea got immersed in the circus world in 2013 with aerials, acrobatics and dance classes. In 2014 she discovered Cyr Wheel and decided to explore and pursue a professional path with this discipline.
Andrea experiences her work as a love letter, idealistic and mystical, in search of a sensitive beauty. An aesthetic that arises from content and meaning based on pleasure, intuition and intention expressed through sensorial language, on the power of the erotic. It is rooted in the current reality of the female experience. She explores and creates images inspired by women, for women. She delves into recognizing what her body represents and bringing those symbols together through ritual.
She intends to raise and live her questions through the performance, seeking a space for the manifestation and thus, to share what lives in the space.
She graduated in 2021 from the National Circus School, Montreal.
