Staff Spinner - Performer - Public speaker - Instructor
My name is Amit Kenig, 30 years old, born in Israel with French citizenship.
I discovered my passion for juggling in 2003, learned all juggling disciplines, and decided to focus my training on "Staff Spinning".
Back then I didn't have someone to teach me how to spin staff, so I invented most of my tricks by myself and developed a unique technique that allows me to spin really fast and do difficult tricks with 1-4 staffs.
Graduated from Le Lido - Centre Des Arts Du Cirque in Toulouse, France 2012-2016.
Worked for Cirque Eloize (show Monaco) Cirque Dreams (Holidaze) US, Fridrichsbau Variete Germany (Grand Revue), European Juggling convention Gala show, Pyroterra- Fire and Light show company, The Israeli Opera, and many other projects.
In 2017 created my first professional staff spinning act - "Red or Blue"
In 2020 I collaborated with the company Pyroterra and together we created my solo act called "Upgraded". A staff spinning act with hi-tech visual light effects on the staff, decorations, and costumes.
In 2021 I started also doing public speaking combined with live performances called "Mind over Matter".
In the future, my dream is to create a social project that aims to raise awareness about the importance of developing talent in children already in childhood as a source of imparting life skills and helping kids with difficulties to integrate into society to find and grow their talents.
