I am a Parkour, gymnastics, Calisthenics & athletic Trainer. I preform on the Lyra hoop, cane stands, gymnastics rings, acrobat work and beginner high wire. My strength/endurance levels above my flexibility. Dance is my weak area. I work very well with a team or as an individual performer. I love strength training and body molding other athletes, as well as contouring physical moves to flow better between elements.
