Description:Youth Circus Arts Instructor (Part-time) – Ages range from 18mo-5yrsPosition(s) available immediately. Saturday and/or Sunday availability required. People with experience in movement coaching (dance, gymnastics, creative play & sensory development, etc) are encouraged to apply. Training is provided. Youth Circus Arts classes consist of: active warm-up, obstacle course (including balancing, rolling and swinging), and aerial (tissue or trapeze). Applicant requirements: *Several years experience teaching infants, toddlers and young children *Strong classroom management skills *Availability to coach with regularity and reliability *Interest in working in a friendly and professional environment that is creative, positive and inclusive. *Reliable transportation *Able to lift 20 lbs The following assets are beneficial but not required: *Aerial and/or acrobatic skills *Clowning/physical theatre, juggling and balancing skills *Current CPR/First Aid Certification Please apply for this position using our online application form.
