DESCRIPTION
Prather Productions is seeking an experienced Scenic Shop Supervisor / Technical Director for it's Scenic Shop /Warehouse located in Lancaster, PA. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Candidate with excellent work ethic to be a part of our production team. Qualified individuals should have strong stage carpentry skills able to translate designe concepts into buildable plans and lead the production process from technical drawings through final installation. Knowledge of stage rigging a must, experience in welding a plus, production management skills. Comfortable operating heavy machinery, power tools and 3D printing equipment. Able to lift over 50 lbs., climb ladders. Should be responsible, have strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and great problem-solving abilities. Willing to travel.
