Description:DESCRIPTIONWardrobe Department Crew We are seeking crew members with a expertise in wardrobe, stitching, and/or hair & makeup to join the Artistic Programming Department. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, altering, and maintaining the costume elements for a variety of multi-disciplinary events and performances. A successful wardrobe crew member will be a versatile team player with a passion for supporting artistic needs, strong problem-solving skills, and experience wokring in performance settings. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, prioritize safety, and embrace a spirit of hospitality in their work. These positions report directly to the Production Manager. What You’ll Do · Collaborate closely with the Production Manager, Associate Production Manager, project-specific designers, and other Artistic Programming staff to ensure the successful execution of the wardrobe needs for a variety of events. · Managewardrobe tracks during live performances, executing costume designs through alterations, fittings, and quick changes. · Maintain wardrobe pieces between shows, including laundering, construction, and ironing or steaming as required. · Work with stage management and other run crew members to stablish backstage tracks, quick-change locations, and seamlessly integrate wardrobe operations into Little Island’s shared backstage spaces. · Follow Little Island’s safety protocols and actively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. · Support Little Island’s artistic goals by providing consistent, high-quality production assistance across a wide range of events in three distinct performance venues within the park. · Perform other duties related to the park and its artistic programming operations as assigned.
