Description:Clowns Without Borders is an artistic and humanitarian NGO that works in Belgium and around the world to provide psychosocial support , through laughter and entertainment , to people who are victims of humanitarian crises or in very precarious situations, mainly children .We work with community organizations and larger national and international NGOs to complement existing aid programs for these communities. Offer and conditions Part-time contract of indefinite duration (19 hours per week) Minimum bachelor level Required languages: fluent in French and English (speaking and writing) and Dutch Experience: being able to provide useful professional experience Barema PC 329.02 – scale 4.2 The function of coordination is one of general management . Job description Responsible for the general management of the association. This requires understanding the methodology and values of Clowns Without Borders and the humanitarian environment in which the non-profit organization intervenes. The coordinator/trice's assignment mainly consists of: Manage and search for grants Managing and coordinating the various artistic and educational projects Follow-up of administrative and financial files Internal and external communication via monthly newsletter, social media and website Ensure the organization of files in the cloud Contacting partner organizations and funding agencies Co-management of accounting and finance Preparation of the general meeting of members Representation of the non-profit association Cooperation with the management board Desired profile Be in possession of a bachelor's degree. Be able to present relevant professional experience . Good knowledge of the artistic and socio-cultural sector , its legal framework and its main players. Knowledge of the general evolution of socio-cultural politics . To be able to analyze the socio-cultural environment and to analyze the needs of the target public and the members of the association . General skills To be able to guarantee the general management of the NPO. Being able to organize and mobilize the team of volunteers . Being able to work systematically and set priorities . Being able to manage and delegate . To be able to apply a project evaluation system. To be able to classify administrative documents . To have a project vision , to be able to anticipate problems Autonomy : to be able to manage and coordinate the non-profit organization independently and to show initiative; the be able to handle the unexpected and look for solutions . Introduction and application of systems for smooth operation and communication . Relational and diplomatic skills. Being able to write and summarize well (mainly in French) in correct spelling.
