Description:The German Dance Association (DTD) is offering a travel and accommodation grant for dance educators based outside of Germany who wish to attend advanced training programmes in Germany.Where: Germany When: 01 May 2025 – 31 Jul 2026 Deadline for applications: 24 April 2025 This travel and accommodation grant is designed to support individuals outside of Germany who wish to attend movement analysis or teacher training programmes in Germany. The aim is to facilitate international exchange, networking and qualification in the field of dance pedagogy. Eligibilty: Individuals based outside Germany who work in dance education and seek to further their professional development in pedagogy or movement analysis. Applicants must plan to attend consecutive longer-term training programmes (lasting several days or involving several parts) in Germany. Grant Details: Funding period: 01 May 2025 – 31 Jul 2026 (training programmes may begin earlier) Coverage: travel and accommodation costs during the funding period Amount: reimbursement of the actual costs – up to 1,000.00 € for European applicants (geographical) – up to 1,500.00 € for non-European applicants Excluded: short distance flights will not be covered for environmental reasons How to apply: Application via online form on our website Including the following documents: – A brief statement of interest (max. 1500 characters) – A brief CV outlining qualifications and own dance pedagogical work (max. one page) – Title and further information on the designated training programme – The estimated required funding amount (no detailed cost calculation needed) Applications will be carefully reviewed.
