Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, outgoing, and passionate Trampoline Group Fitness Trainer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about fitness and wants to develop their own programs while working with both kids and adults.

Qualifications:

CPR, 1st Aid, AED Certification required
Previous elite-level competitive experience in gymnastics, diving, snowboarding, skiing, circus, or other aerial sports is a plus.
High energy, outgoing personality with a passion for fitness and working with people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in group fitness training and program development.
Ability to plan effective, safe, and challenging classes and lessons that will appeal to all ages, ability, and are modifiable
Ability to engage and motivate participants of all ages and fitness levels.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Certification in group fitness or personal training is preferred.
Ability and desire to self-market your classes to improve class attendance numbers
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, market, and lead engaging trampoline-based group fitness classes for adults.
Create a positive and motivating environment that encourages participation and retention.
Customize fitness programs to cater to various skill levels and fitness goals.
Promote classes to maximize attendance and build a loyal customer base.
Monitor and ensure the safety of all participants during classes.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new participants.
Keep accurate records of class attendance and participant progress.
Compensation:

This job pays a base rate of $35 per hour, plus a performance goal that includes profit sharing past a certain attendance percentage. Instructor keeps 25% of ticket revenue for all participants over 10 in each class.

Hours:

Classes will take place on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, with an initial weekly load of 3 classes per week. If the initial schedule of classes is consistently full of at least 10 participants or more, then more weekly classes can be added to earn more hours.
