Description:TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGER3.5 days - full-time (flexible) Join one of Australia’s most exciting circus organisations. Flipside Circus is looking for an experienced, driven, and collaborative Training Program Manager to lead our training programs and Circus School—supporting students from beginners through to early career artists. This senior role is central to Flipside’s creative and community impact. Overseeing program delivery, mentoring trainers and young artists, and driving the growth and quality of circus training at our purpose-built training space, the Brisbane Circus Centre. About the Role As Training Program Manager, you’ll: Lead and manage Flipside’s Circus School, holiday programs, residencies, and community training programs. Mentor trainers and young artists, developing the next generation of circus practitioners. Collaborate with the CEO/Artistic Director and Training Program Coordinator to plan and evaluate programs. Manage staffing, scheduling, and compliance for all training activities. Develop clear, progressive curricula that support participant safety, skill development, and engagement. Work alongside the broader Flipside team to grow our training offering and maintain our world-class facilities. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about circus, youth arts, and community impact. You’ll play a key part in helping Flipside grow as a national leader in circus practice. You’re someone who: Has strong knowledge and networks in circus. Enjoys building and leading a dedicated team. Is entrepreneurial and proactive—always looking to improve and expand programs. Values youth development and is excited to mentor emerging artists and trainers. Brings solid organisational skills and understands training environments. Key Details: Location: Brisbane Circus Centre, Northshore Brisbane. Employment: 3.5 days per week to full-time (flexible). Some evening and weekend work required.
