Akompani is a support office specialized in performing arts, structured in SCOP. We collaborate with artistic teams to support and develop their projects. We take care of the administration, production, distribution and communication. We favor cooperation around projects that have a social and political dimension.
Akompani positions itself, with the artistic directions, as a partner of reflections. The structuring in a production office contributes to building, with the artistic teams accompanied, a strong and horizontal relationship. The team currently consists of 3 people (2.9 FTE). http://akompani.fr/
Job Description
The missions concern:
- production: monitoring production budgets, drawing up financial statements for grant applications and calls for projects;
- administration: administrative obligations (entertainment entrepreneur license, statutory life, etc.), day-to-day financial management (monitoring of association budgets, invoicing, cash monitoring, banking relations), management of payroll and social obligations, entry of the accounts, relations with the institutions, drafting and monitoring of all contracts, monitoring of the aid schemes to which the companies could claim

The position concerns all companies of the office accompanied in administration, i.e. 10 companies with very variable geometry, and SCOP (2021 figures).

- 5 companies with a turnover of less than €45,000 and less than 1 FTE
- 3 companies with a turnover of less than €80,000 and 1 FTE
- 2 companies with an average turnover of 160 000€ and 2 ETP
- Akompani (only tax-paying structure)

The production and/or distribution of these companies are ensured by the 2 production directors and co-managers of Akompani. The latter are also responsible for drawing up all the employment contracts for all the structures at the beginning of the month.

An intern does administrative assistantship, knowing that Akompani welcomes 2 interns of 6 months per year.
Description of the profile sought
- Knowledge of the live performance sector, social legislation and administrative and legal procedures in the sector
- Legal knowledge of performance contracts and employment contracts
- Rigor and capacity for organisation, anticipation and analysis
- Interpersonal skills , taste for teamwork and capacity for autonomy
- Mastery of IT tools desired (sPAIectacle, Office, Sage)
