The 16th edition of our Nanterre sur Scène Festival!

The Nanterre sur Scène Festival offers a veritable springboard for future performing arts professionals, offering these student artists the opportunity to experience the stage and audience, both within the framework of a festival and a competition judged by a professional jury.

The Nanterre sur Scène Festival is open to:
➔ teams whose director and at least half of the participants (artistic and technical) are university, school or conservatory students for the 2024-2025 academic year
➔ eclectic approaches to the performing arts: theater, dance, performance, manipulation of objects and puppets, circus, music... with a dramaturgical purpose
➔ indoor and frontal forms

After the call for applications, open from March 17 to May 25, 2025, the selection is made in 2 stages:
➔ during June 2025: first selection based on application
➔ early September 2025: auditions of the companies whose application has been accepted
The jury is made up of representatives of the university community (professionals from the cultural sector, teachers, students and members of the ACA²).

The Festival will take place this year from November 24 to 28, 2025. The shows will be presented at the Koltès Theater and the Espace Reverdy of Paris Nanterre University. At the end of the competition, the professional jury will award the Nanterre sur Scène Grand Prix: a prize of €2,500; the high school jury will award the High School Students' Prize: a prize of €700; and the jury of students, teachers, and staff will award the UPN Community Prize: a prize of €700. A 5-day artistic residency in one of our spaces completes the awarding of each prize.
