Description:
• Direct and coordinate activities concerned with the installation and distribution of
finished goods.
• CAD Drawings, Submittals, Close-out, Construction Billing, WLL
• Manage staff, including determining work schedules, assigning duties, hiring, and
terminating subordinates.
• Determine installation schedule and assign work crews.
• Drive to work sites to oversee installation.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Establish and implement departmental policies and procedures relating to work practices,
safety, and production, in alignment with management.
• Determine staffing requirements for department, interview, hire, and train new
employees.
• Oversee activities directly related to installing products and providing services.
• Stock or organize goods
• Acquire information to make decisions and solve problems and to escalate as needed to
management.
• Monitor and control resources and materials, including supplies and spending.
• Perform administrative activities and implement policies.
• Guide, direct, and motivate subordinates.
