Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Theater Production, Technical Theater, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in technical theater, preferably in a leadership role. • Proficiency in CAD software, lighting design, rigging, and stagecraft. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
