SOCIOPROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION PROGRAM
TOHU offers young people in the Saint-Michel district a socio-professional integration program, the main objective of which is to promote sustainable integration into employment by developing attitudes and behaviors adapted to the labor market and to academic success. This program is carried out in three ways:
Supporting participants towards achieving greater financial, professional and social autonomy.
Support for the development of the employability of young people from various cultural communities and the improvement of their socio-economic conditions.
Raising awareness among all TOHU staff, visitors and partners of the importance of integrating members of cultural communities, fostering intercultural rapprochement and openness to diversity.
MENTORING PROGRAM
Faithful to its mission of community involvement, TOHU also offers its employees personalized support and allows them to better understand the realities of the professional sector that interests them, to target their career ambitions or to validate their professional orientation. This mentoring program allows you to:
Promote the transmission of knowledge.
Present successful models to young people in order to increase their motivation and involvement academically and professionally.
Promote the integration of the youngest and promote the more experienced.
Foster closer ties between customer service employees and TOHU staff, partner organizations and other businesses, thereby helping to consolidate the solidarity network in the neighborhood.
