Requirements:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
-Interface with client technical teams.
-Assist management of department invoices.
-Provide material & labor estimates for events.
-Coordinate maintenance logistics.
-Book UT, HUT, & PM labor.
-Manage large & complex event setups/installs, including the development and management of detailed production schedules as needed.
-Retrieve quotes for staging subrentals and other equipment which crosses departments.
-Advance staging.
-Facilitate communication and coordination between departments.
-Maintain up to date & accurate inventories of expendables & production assets.
-Track rental staging equipment.
-Manage venue logistics.
-Identify, report and schedule needed repairs and maintenance in conjunction with various department heads.
-Ensure assigned projects and additional tasks are handled properly and efficiently.
-Coordinate and lead weekly production meetings with all departments in season.
-Proficient in CAD software for drafting, annotating, and editing floor plans.
-Possess working knowledge of media servers like Disguise, Watchout, and 7thsense.
