Description:The association Lézards Animés - Ecole de cirque Chapidock, based in Nantes (FRA), is looking for a circus arts animator and technician for 2025-2026.Description of the organisation: Founded in 1998, the Lézards Animés association aims at helping people, particularly children and teenagers, develop through creative workshops. Gradually, the association's activities began to focus on leisure circus workshops. It was in this context that Chapidock was built in 2012. The Lézards Animés association is run by a Managing Board elected by its members. It currently employs 12 people, including 7 circus animators, 3 administrative staff and 2 people in a mixed position (animation + administration). In anticipation of an increase in activities over the coming year, the association is recruiting 2 people specialized in circus arts to run workshops in all disciplines (aerial fabric, acrobatics, wire...) and for all audiences (children, adults, the elderly, disabled people...). Job description: Main responsibilities: Preparation and supervision of teaching activities Liaising between members and the administrative team Participation in the life of the association Profile required: Mastery of several circus disciplines Mastery of a speciality (aerial silks, acrobatics and/or wire required) Minimum 1 year's experience in an equivalent position BPJEPS & rigging training & B driving license would be appreciated Active communication and adaptability to different audiences Sense of organization, rigor and responsibility Autonomy, sense of initiative and team spirit Recruitment terms : Part-time position: 24h per week (negotiable between 20h minimum and 28h maximum annualized) Hours: evening and weekend work, flexible schedule according to the association's activities, classes 5 days maximum from Monday to Saturday 1-year renewable fixed-term contract: position to be filled from 1st July to 1st September 2025 at the latest, end of contract 31st August 2026 Workplace: Chapidock Circus School, Île de Nantes (FRA) Occasional travel, mainly within the Nantes metropolitan area Remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement for animation (Group C).
