YOUR MISSION

As a Talent Business Partner, you will put your expertise forward in partnership with the Senior Business Partner, the Talent Tour team and in collaboration with the entire Talent Management and Talent Acquisition team . We are a team focused on collaboration, communication and co-leadership serving the Cirque ecosystems and our talent community. You will support the touring show sector, but not only, in the solution of organizational problems, in addition to adapting the different facets of human resources to the unique needs and rhythms of the Cirque cycles that follow our multiple show productions.
- Provide operational support: salary analysis, organizational planning and workforce planning;
· Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary action);
· Act as liaison, represent the team in general, interface with the rest of the organization;
· Contribute to the understanding and adoption of Talent programs and policies, and ensure their execution;
· Ensure the consistent application of the Talent model and work closely with the centers of expertise to provide appropriate solutions;
- Be part of the overall diversity, equity, inclusion strategy;
· Bring your support to apply the disciplinary measures but especially with your expertise, to evolve our practices in order to better control the situations creating demobilization and to evolve the leadership;
- Participate in projects and prepare for the implementation of changes in culture, structure and organizational evolution. Our 2022 objective is to mobilize talent through unique approaches: review our integration and departure approaches, mobilization for 100 days and after, internal promotion processes, etc.;
· Provide information on strategic issues and possible solutions to be deployed in the various sectors;
· Monitor their sector and propose proactive solutions to organize work.
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in the production, manufacturing or any environment requiring agile navigation of the field and strategic spheres (entrepreneurial environment, an asset);
· A great ability to collaborate with a diverse internal Talent team and internal clients and partners with multiple backgrounds and locations;
· In-depth knowledge of the entire Talent cycle;
- Recognized experience in leadership transformation and the realization of concrete projects in change and evolution of Talent practices;
- A facility to support and advise our internal partners in the analysis of their needs and the search for solutions;
· Knowledge and experience of diversity, equity and inclusion practices;
· Strong interest and experience in HR analytics;
- Know-how to encourage support for the proposed solutions and rally the team around the objectives;
- A great ability to listen, ease in communicating, discernment to make appropriate decisions and the agility necessary to work with different internal operating models;
- The mastery of French and English related to the understanding and good navigation of the different employment standards of the territories visited by our shows;
- Not being afraid to roll up your sleeves in order to participate in the team's efforts on common files and project sprints.
