Job Summary
The Royal Shakespeare Company is looking to appoint a Swing Dresser for its production of My Neighbour Totoro to the Gillian Lynne Theatre, London.
Job Description
This position is offered as a fixed term contract, commencing on 23 June 2025.

As a Swing Dresser, you will learn all of the dressing tracks on the production, working alongside the other dressers on My Neighbour Totoro as part of the Wardrobe Team, preparing to and dressing the performers during rehearsals and performance with additional responsibilities including maintenance and laundry.

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience as a Dresser for rehearsals, technical rehearsals and show running on a large west end theatre production with a frequent fast paced quick changes.
Practical costume maintenance experience.
MY Neighbour Totoro plays at the Gillian Lynne Theatre, London.

The role is for 8 per week calls at 3.75 hours per call, with the possibility of extra calls.

The closing date for applications is midnight on Tuesday 17 June 2025, with interviews being held in that week.
