5:00pm - Audition Start time

No late applicants will be accepted

Please wear comfortable attire that you can move in and flat shoes/sneakers

What you get to do:

Perform 4-8 stilt sets and photo ops a day for up to 40 hours/week, to include special functions, rehearsals, and filmings
Learn choreography and stage blocking
Engage with our guests and create memorable experiences
What it takes to succeed:

Must be at least 18 years old
Outgoing and friendly personality- versatile and ability to improvise
Must be comfortable performing chorography on various height stilts
Great guest interaction skills and ability to engage with guests of all ages
Ability to learn and retain choreography and stage blocking
Outstanding performance and showmanship while performing choreography and meet and greet sets
Flexible with work hours and working conditions
High School graduate (preferred)
Communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors and guests
Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 30 lbs. on a frequent basis
Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights (if needed/required)
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying Florida weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes
Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks(use of tools/keyboard/writing)
Perform all cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals
Must be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities
Compensation:

Pay Rate is $15.50 per hour
