This role requires a versatile, hands-on team player who can manage both backstage operations and costume needs—including sourcing, maintenance, and assisting with quick changes during performances.

Key Responsibilities:

Stage Management:

Assist with load-in, setup, and strike of show elements (props, set pieces, quick-change areas)

Assist with cueing and transitions as needed
Work closely with the production team and performers to handle any on-the-fly adjustments during the show
Wardrobe & Costume Management:

Source costume pieces (shirts, pants, accessories) that align with the show’s aesthetic and functional needs
Maintain and prep costumes before and after shows (steaming, minor repairs, organizing quick changes)
Assist dancers with fast-paced quick changes during performances
Ensure all costumes are properly stored, cleaned, and accounted for between shows
Manage wardrobe inventory and report any repair or replacement needs
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in stage or wardrobe work (preferably both)
Ability to source and manage costume pieces within budget and performance needs
Basic knowledge of costume maintenance (sewing, steaming, organizing, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to be hands-on, flexible, and adaptable to production needs
Comfortable working in a male revue/live entertainment setting
