Summary

The Pittsburgh Playhouse of Point Park University seeks a Sound Supervisor to take the lead responsibility for the delivery and management of all sound requirements for Playhouse productions, related projects and events in all venues.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years professional sound experience in sound design and/or audio engineering; supervisory skills, minimum Dante level 1 certification/experience with networked sound systems and equipment, ability to read, generate, and understand ground plans, sections, sound plots, and electrical schematics.

This position is affiliated with IATSE. Hourly rate is $20.25.
