Tent Theatre is seeking a Sound Engineer for an incredible summer experience. An ideal candidate will also have a good ear for mixing live sound for performers and a full orchestra.

Tent Theatre is an outdoor summer stock theater celebrating 63 years of performances in the Ozarks. Tent Theatre is housed in the John Goodman Amphitheatre in Springfield, Missouri. Our new facility is state of the art with a full dante network. Tent Theatre produces three main stage productions each summer which include two musicals and one play.

The Sound Engineer will work closely with the Sound Designer to setup and install all necessary equipment and cables for a successful summer season. The Sound Engineer will work closely with a small crew to instruct and supervisor daily tasks. The Sound Engineer is the A1 for all tech/dress rehearsals and performances during the summer season.
