A La Folie Théâtre is a pretty little Parisian theater located in a leafy courtyard in the 11th arrondissement. Opened in 1990, under the name of Théâtre de l'Epouvantail, it was taken over in 2008 and became A La Folie Théâtre, with the creation of a second performance hall. Today, we have 2 performance halls, one with 94 seats and the other with 49 seats.
We present shows all year round:
- very eclectic audiences: classics, comedies, dramas
- young audiences for children from 1 to 10 years old
Job Description
Description of the position to be filled:
We are looking for a light and sound manager to join our team of 4 managers, and work in our small 49-seat room. Controls can also be done in our large 94-seat hall, on a very ad hoc basis.
The person sought will be in charge
of: - welcoming the companies
- making technical installations with sometimes light creations
- ensuring the control of tickets at the entrance to the room and helping the public to place themselves (free placement)
- to ensure the controls (lights and sounds and sometimes video) of the shows for several services per week

- having at least one year of already seasoned experience in theater management
