Prescott Circus Theatre (PCT) seeks an experienced program manager and creative youth development professional (i.e. Circus, Theater, Dance & Drama) to join our community and build on our 35+ years of service with our children, families, and communities.
This person will provide leadership and co-facilitation in the development and delivery of PCT’s core, year-round, school and community based programs in West Oakland for students primarily in grades 3-5. These elementary students, with middle school alumni, compose our year-round Performing Company members. Within these programs, they will work with PCT’s leadership, artists, and academic teachers to provide a rich, culturally connected curriculum that supports circus and theater arts skill building, social emotional learning, and community engagement.
