New Wimbledon Theatre is the closest regional theatre to London with a large seating capacity (1,600), good technical facilities, excellent transport links, a 66-seat Studio and a strong customer offer.
Job Description
The Senior Technician be involved in all aspects of the Technical team's work, including working shows and events, fit-ups and get-outs, and contributing to the maintenance of the theatre's systems and equipment back and front of house. With demonstrable experience in technical theatre, the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in theatrical rigging, flying, Stage Management, stage operations and building maintenance and will relish a new challenge in a busy, dynamic and developing theatre.
