Location: The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Working 5 out of 7 covering hours that can be from 07:00-21:00

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Entertainment Operations Manager at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children aged 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

Reporting to the Head of Entertainment; the Senior Entertainment Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of our Acrobatic show, entertainment technical team and front line entertainment host team ensuring that our guests have a truly memorable experience.
The job of a Senior Entertainment Operations Manager
Ensuring the smooth operational running of the Return to Skeleton Bay Pirate Show, including production schedules, safety training/recording, prop and stage maintenance
Operational delivery of events, under the creative leadership of Marketing, the HOD, and alongside the Senior Entertainment Manager – Creative
Operational delivery of the 4D Theatre and LEGO Reef, and all host operations
Leading the technical team that works across all shows and events to deliver a schedule of preventative maintenance and ensure strong operational delivery of the technical elements for events and shows across the resort.
Ensuring a high standard of guest excellence in the host teams across all areas.
Provide up to date KPI data for all Entertainment product across the resort, including show attendance, product ratings, uptime/downtime, wage data vs budget
Develop and deliver an appropriate method of measuring employee engagement throughout the season at peak and off peak times, ensuring feedback is collated and action plans are produced to address any constructive feedback given
Develop any direct reports by using the PDP system, ensuring development areas are identified and addressed with future progression in mind
Support all areas of the Entertainment Department with ER and welfare related meetings wherever necessary
Carry out resort and department duty manager shifts
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
Have experience managing health and safety in a show environment, including production and review of risk assessments
Have experience of leading a team within an entertainment or theme park environment
Have experience of controlling a OPEX budget
Be able to communicate with all colleagues and guests
Ideally have experience of production or project scheduling
Ideally have experience of working as a stage manager
And most importantly, want to work in a unique environment where no two days are the same ensuring that our guest have a memorable experience
