World of Dance Fitness, an extension of the entertainment conglomerate and most preeminent dance brand on the planet, World of Dance, is a fitness lifestyle brand known for creating workout experiences inspired by the culture, artistry, athleticism, soul and swag of dance.
More than a workout, World of Dance Fitness collaborates with the world’s top choreographers, musical artists and records labels, including our own World of Dance Records, to provide an entertainment experience.
Our programming can be found in gyms and dance studios around the globe, as well as online with virtual classes and partner platforms.
Dancers and fitness professionals alike are joining the movement by becoming certified instructors. With an educational training and online platform, we teach instructors how to deliver dance-inspired fitness experiences for all who share the stage, regardless of age or ability.
We are looking for dancers and movement-based fitness instructors to join our team.

We exist to empower a movement that lifts the human spirit through dance and fitness. We strive to create opportunities for dancers to make a viable living teaching fitness and introduce new talent to the fitness industry. We aspire to evolve the dance and fitness culture and to do ‘dance fitness’ differently.
We believe in creative expression — both for our choreographers and for our instructors. This is why we leave it up to you, the instructor, to determine the experience you choose to deliver in class. World of Dance Fitness has two dance formats - a pre-choreographed format for instructors who prefer a ‘turn-key’ program and a freestyle format that allows instructors the flexibility to design a unique class experience.
We set the stage by providing structure while allowing for creative freedom whether you prefer to master a pre-choreographed fitness routine or use a library of moves to create your own freestyle sequence.

You are a highly-motivated individual with a passion for dance and fitness.
As a dancer, you may have considered teaching dance fitness but couldn’t find a format that resonated with you, until now.
You want to build a career or have a side hustle doing what you love, be your own boss and create your own schedule
You have the desire to translate your skills from the gym/studio to the virtual space.
You share our values of creative expression, diversity, inclusion, and authenticity.
You actively promote self-care, well-being, and body positivity while exuding confidence in the skin you’re in.
You are passionate about helping and inspiring others on their fitness journey.
You exemplify professionalism, a strong work ethic and most importantly, you have a big heart.
JOIN THE MOVEMENT
Learn to transform the technical movement of dance into the functional movement of fitness. Whether you choose to teach our pre-choreographed or freestyle format, we provide all the tools necessary to deliver a safe & effective dance-inspired fitness experience.
Attend a two-day virtual training (4.5 hours each day)
Find opportunities to teach at special events, health clubs, dance studios, online classes, you name it
Develop the skills of cueing, coaching, connecting, and musicality to master your craft
Foster a team culture that aligns with our company’s values, principles, mission and vision
Maintain brand presence and activity on social media platforms
NEXT STEPS
Our 2-day online instructor training is a live virtual educational experience that provides you with the tools to lead an entertaining, inspiring and motivating World of Dance Fitness class.
Instructor training consists of a one-time registration fee which includes your certificate of completion, instructor manual and training materials. Once you complete training, you receive access to everything you need to teach your first class - choreography, music, educational resources and more!
