Australia’s iconic Circus Royale / Sesame Street Circus is now casting and hiring for our March – December 2026 national tour.
We are seeking performers and crew ready for a full-time season travelling Australia.
📍 Australia-wide tour
💼 Full-time touring contracts

🎭 PERFORMERS
✨ Ground Acts
(Acrobatics, juggling, specialty acts, comedy, novelty acts)
Strong stage presence and audience engagement essential.
✨ Costume Characters / Suit Performers
Preference given to performers with previous suit operator experience.
High stamina and strong physical performance skills required.
✨ Dancers / Character Swings / Dressers
Versatile performers with strong dance ability who can assist backstage and cover roles as needed.
✨ Male Ringmaster
Charismatic actor with strong dance ability. Confident speaker with commanding stage presence.
🎧 TECHNICAL
🎛 Sound & Lighting Technician (Touring)
Responsible for operating and maintaining show audio and lighting systems throughout the tour.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Live production or touring experience
• Knowledge of sound desks and lighting control systems
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Willingness to assist with bump in/out
🚛 TOURING CREW
🚛 Truck Driver (HR/HC/MC Licence Required)
Transport show equipment nationally and assist with site operations.
🔧 General Hands / Crew
Assist with tent erection, rigging, seating, staging, maintenance and backstage operations.
🖥 Touring Office Staff
Administration, ticketing support and on-site coordination. Strong organisational and communication skills required.

✔ Strong work ethic and adaptability
✔ Availability March – December 2026
✔ Touring experience highly regarded
✔ Valid Working With Children (WWC) Check (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
