Contemporary circus artists and artist groups (up to four people, any circus discipline) from Lithuania, Estonia and the Nordic countries are invited to apply for a two-week creation residency in Riga, Latvia. Two artists or groups are hosted at the same time to develop ideas for new creations.

The residency runs 16–29 March 2027, either in the circus arena (11 m diameter, 11.65 m height, 76 rigging points) or in the circus school's sports hall. It offers a grant of EUR 400 per person, a daily allowance of EUR 35 per person, travel costs up to EUR 300 per person, apartment accommodation and technical support. Artists present an outcome such as a work-in-progress showing, workshop or artist talk, and must hold personal accident insurance.
