Description:The Salto – School of Circus Arts of Alès was born in 1987 from the will of the company Archaos.For 35 years, the association has been providing training in the circus arts dedicated to amateurs young and old, schoolchildren, people with disabilities and young people wishing to become professional. Le Salto offers weekly courses and internships (weekends and school holidays) of amateur practice for children and adults, professional training in circus techniques in order to prepare for entry into professional circus arts schools or to embark on a career as a professional artist. The Salto also welcomes professionals for training, residency and organizes festive events. It has about 250 members per year. MISSIONS Under the authority of the Bureau and the Board of Directors, the director is responsible for the management, coordination and supervision of general administration missions (finance, HR, legal affairs), for a workforce of 8 employees (equivalent of 5 FTEs). He or she manages by delegation the associative project and the strategic development as well as the proper functioning of the structure.
