RECEPTION MANAGER
Be part of the leading non-profit circus arts education training center in the nation! The New England Center for Circus Arts is seeking candidates for the part time position of Reception Manager. The Reception Manager is responsible for exceptional service to students, parents, audiences and the community at NECCA, while also supporting the marketing teams with attracting and retaining students and audience members. Directly supervises front facing staff for reception, registration and Box Office.
Candidates should have:
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience leading others and supervising staff.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Staff who serve in this role have high potential for growing their skills in leadership, staff coaching and development, organizational operations, front of house management, marketing and recreational programming.
Hours/Days: 25 hrs./wk. in person, Monday thru Friday, 11:30am - 4:30pm, with occasional flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
Reports to: Executive Director, Jenna Struble
Pay Rate: $20-24/hr., commensurate with experience and term of employment at NECCA.
Target Start Date: November 29
