Job Description

Under the supervision of general management and artistic direction, the person who occupies the position of project coordination occupies a central role in the realization of the company's projects (from ideation to closing). It bridges the gap between the various departments (administration, production, communication, general management) and the people concerned. In addition, she supervises production and ensures the material and human management of projects.

Finding solutions and helping each other are at the heart of daily challenges!

Main responsibilities
(administrative and logistical):

Develop and follow timelines, plans and other work tools;
Ensure the operational management of the projects by identifying the necessary resources and informing the management team of the elements / obstacles that could put at risk the realization of the projects;
Manage any new information relating to projects and communicate relevant information to team members;
Collect data used for reports and assessments, and edit reports and assessments;
Edit and revise the distribution, co-production and residency contracts, and the hiring of artistic teams;
Learn about tax laws that may impact agreements with foreign structures;
Ensure the employability of team members and collect the necessary documents relating to travel abroad;
Prepare the agenda for team meetings in which he participates.
Other tasks to which the employee may be called upon:

Preparation of presentation files (eg: calls for candidates);
In collaboration with the communications manager, develop a communications plan based on the various projects (for the preparation of newsletters, social media publications);
Compile data / update the database;
Support for production logistics
Order office supplies;
Ensure a media watch
Required profile

Minimum of five years experience in project management
Proficiency in the Office suite (essential)
Knowledge of FileMaker (an asset) or other database software
Comfortable in a MAC environment
Good command of French and English (verbal, written)
Very good capacity for concentration, both methodical and creative mind, sense of priorities
Autonomy, team spirit, flexibility, reliability, integrity, motivation
Sense of organization and collaboration, versatility, autonomy, likes to learn
Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously
Interest in the artistic field and more particularly the contemporary performing arts
Knowledge of the cultural and artistic environment is an asset
Settings

Type of contract: open-ended
Charging: 35 hours per week
Salary scale: depending on skills and experience (to be discussed) / 2 week holiday break added to annual vacation
Work done at the company office in compliance with the sanitary rules in force
Desired entry: August 2, 2021 (negotiable)
