Description:SummaryThe Production Manager / Technical Director is the primary liaison between Red Mountain Theatre and the creative design team. This position responsibilities include: the managing the scenic, props, and paint budget, schedules/deadlines, daily technical operations of the theatre including all scenic and paint construction, installation, and maintenance. An ideal candidate communicates clearly and efficiently, manages confidential information with integrity, and can successfully lead employees to complete their tasks efficiently and safely. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 5 years of Production Management experience in professional theatrical organizations Experience forming and managing relationships with visiting artists, staff, and over hire Strong Technical and Design experience
