Description:About CIRKLABO?CIRKLABO is the Leuven laboratory where circus art in all its forms will be explored. It is an initiative of culture center 30CC in collaboration with the circus sector and the culture directorate of the city of Leuven. Artists are given the physical and mental space to experiment, create and produce. As a new circus workshop, it is a continuation and commemoration of the current residence work and the CIRKL festival. What does the job entail? You implement the policy of CIRKLABO in the field, supporting the opportunities and needs of artists within CIRKLABO. You are the first point of contact for the circus artists and circus companies within CIRKLABO for daily operations. You maintain an overview of the support processes, the logistics planning, the filling in of white space, the resident activities, the co-productions and the programming. You support and coach people in daily production tasks. In consultation with the CIRKLABO coordinator, you follow up the script and process planning for the various support components and aspects within the framework of CIRKLABO: Access to the infrastructure offered Questions about technical support, catering, overnight stay, artist reception ... What do we expect from you? You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. You have interest and experience in the circus world, preferably in the concept of CIRKLABO. You have experience with production work in both technical and content. You have experience in managing or coaching people. You would like to collaborate and network with Leuven and regional partners and with the circus field in particular. What do we offer you? Contract 75% of a full-time contract, according to PC329, grade B1c. For the wage calculation, we take over relevant experience up to a maximum of 4 years.
