Description of the organization
Created in 2012 in Lyon by Paul Changarnier, Thomas Demay and Julia Moncla, the A / R Collective imagines shows and performances bringing multiple spaces into play. On stage, in public space or in situ, the desire to combine live music and contemporary dance is at the heart of their creative process. In turn, they design and implement projects that bring together artistic and technical collaborators. They seek common listening in order to create new relationships and vibrations between bodies.
Their creations are shown in France - Les Subs de Lyon, Chalon dans la rue IN, Théâtre de Vanves, Les Tombées de la nuit, Fest'arts, Théâtre d'Aurillac ..., and abroad - Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Burkina Faso ...
At the same time, interventions are carried out in the form of workshops in concrete relation to their creations - Department of Cantal, CCNR direction Yuval Pick, University of Dijon, CNSMD of Lyon, PREAC - Maison de la Danse.
The A / R Collective benefits from the structuring aid of the DRAC Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes - Ministry of Culture, and from the support of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region and the City of Lyon.
Job Description
The A / R Collective is looking for a production manager who will work closely with the three artistic directors and the production administrator. He / She will actively participate in the implementation and development of artistic projects. PRODUCTION
MISSIONS - Prospecting of places of creation and distribution for the production of future creations (co-productions, aid for creative residences, artistic research laboratories, grants, etc.) - Coordination of the planning of artists and technicians, organization of conditions reception, transport, accommodation and meals, for periods of artistic intervention, creative residency and tour. - Development and sending of roadmaps to the team
DISTRIBUTION
- Updating and monitoring of the database of contacts with Orféo software
- Prospecting and monitoring of distribution partners (invitations programmers, follow-ups and reminders)
- Support for the show when leaving residences and performances
- Development and updating day of the press review
DEVELOPMENT
- Search for new networks and partners in accordance with the aesthetics of the A / R Collective for specific projects and / or for the overall project of the structure.
- Research and construction of a sponsorship strategy in line with the projects and the identity of the A / R Collective
- Presence at important cultural events to meet institutions and professionals.

REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS
- Similar professional experience required
- Sensitivity to the work and to the spirit of the A / R collective
- Good knowledge of national performing arts networks (stage / street arts / dance)
- Excellent interpersonal skills in the work of team and in communication with partners
- Quality writing and oral expression
- Competence in negotiation, tenacity and perseverance
- Sense of organization and anticipation
- Responsiveness and autonomy
- Practice of fluent English appreciated
