Full job description
Hudson360 is a full service entertainment agency providing event services and talent bookings and it's currently seeking Production Manager for their summer boat party series.
This position requires during the week and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed production schedules, timelines, and checklists for event preparation and execution.
Oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of all technical equipment, including audio-visual systems, lighting, and staging.
Ensure that all technical components are functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
Coordinate with technical staff and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Manage the transportation and logistics of equipment, materials, and supplies to and from the boats.
Oversee the load-in and load-out processes, maintaining efficiency and safety throughout.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of technical crew members, stagehands, and other support staff.
Requirements
Min. 5 year of event industry experience.
Strong Communication Skills.

Strong leadership skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
10 hour shift
4 hour shift
8 hour shift
Weekends as needed
