Job description:
The production manager for this artistic and cultural action will work under the responsibility of the artistic creator, whose project she/he will help to implement. She/he will be the pilot of the necessary resources. She/he will ensure the link between the artistic team and the interlocutors outside the company, with the following main missions:
•Preparing communication media to seek financial partners
•Developing and monitoring budgets and the cash flow plan for artistic production
•Ensure the legal and administrative validity of operations, contracts and agreements related to production
•Organize and coordinate processes relating to the setting up of the project
Proven skills: Being able to:
• Identify the characteristics of the project in order to prepare the appropriate communication and management media related to production
• Characterize and target programmers and financial partners
• Develop production and operating budgets and establish the cash flow plan
•Apply or enforce the administrative procedures
•Plan the different phases of production and its application
Prepare and check the technical, logistical and security dimensions of the artistic production

Description of the "profile":
We wish to hire a person who has the desire and the skills to take charge of the production and promotion of the Project 'Women's rights, art and self-defence', resulting in the production of the play, "Douces Amazons or The Women's Parliament".
. For this, experience in research and assembly of a production is essential.

Person capable of considering and putting into perspective all the facets of the project, including its event dimension, based on the themes and the means that cross it and which are its reasons for being: for example, a story conquest of rights by women, bridges between art and sport audiences,
Capacity for organization and anticipation, negotiation
Editorial and relational quality.

Good knowledge of the Ile-de-France and national distribution network.
Good level of general culture and good knowledge of the theater and live performance environment in general
Knowledge of the technical, social and legal environment, of the institutional environment of the live performance
Good use of DTP tools, mailing tools, computer tools (word , excel,...)
Languages: French. (English appreciated).
