The Joli Mai company was created in February 2019. Its creations are aimed at young people. The depth of the themes, the requirement in the work of interpretation, the search for a subject that questions and touches all ages, are at the heart of his research.
With more than 200 performances to its credit from 2021 to 2023, Joli Mai shines on the national and European level, and finds many points of attachment in the region and outside the region in many labeled stages. From September 2023, Félicie Artaud (director) will be an associate artist at the Théâtre Molière Sète, Scène Nationale.
Joli mai has two creations on tour, and a territory creation in progress (September 2023). The next creation for young people will see the light of day in the fall of 2024.

Combining sensitive (shows) and factual (conferences, workshops, popular education, mediation, etc.), we question the complex and conflicting relationship between humanity and the Earth, to create new stories, lucid and united in the face of the great challenges of the 21st century.
Between Lyon and Sète, we play an average of twenty performances a year.
We currently have two shows being broadcast, a creation in progress for September 2023, a resumption of the show planned for 2024, as well as numerous cultural actions including the organization of a show-conference festival in October 2023.
Job Description
We pool the hiring of a production manager, as well as an office in Sète (or surroundings), and all of our tools, information and networks. Within the pretty mai company, the employee will evolve within a team made up of an administrator, a distribution manager and the project leader. Within the Théâtre du noise, he/she will work with the project leader, and in conjunction with the organization in charge of salary declarations.
The profiles of our companies and their territorial presence (AURA and Occitanie, and distribution outside these regions) are complementary. By the plurality of tasks, and the convergence of our needs, we want to create a creative job, fully integrated into the life of our teams and our projects.
This pooling, dear to our values of sharing, allows us to weave a regular close link, while ensuring a serene, serious and stable framework in terms of time and remuneration.
Description of the profile sought
MUTUAL MISSIONS
* Develop strategies, work for the development of companies.
* Monitor and supervise grant application files, aid, support, calls for projects and the Adage platform.
* Attend certain professional events on behalf of the company.
* Help with public communication (updating website, social networks and newsletter) and professional (contact with guardianship, direct mail and mailings).
* Establish and monitor project budgets.
SPECIFIC MISSIONS AT THE THEATER DU BRUIT:
* Carry out the production of the tours, creations and cultural actions of the company, as well as the logistical follow-up, and its paper and digital archiving.
* Establish quotes, invoices and contracts with partners.
