Description:"Compagnie à", based in Angers (49), was created in 2003 by Dorothée Saysombat and Nicolas Alline. She leads a research work around the relationship between actor and manipulated object. She createsforms mixing acting, movement and theater of objects, for the "all public". The 10 shows in his repertoire have national and international circulation. The "Compagnie à" is currently working on the creation of the show Autour de Babel scheduled for September 2019 at the World Puppet Theater Festival in Charleville-Mézières. In connection with the production managers, le.a responsibility.E production and distribution (M / F), will ensure the development of the artistic project of the Company with main tasks: - The distribution of the company shows: . Development of the dissemination strategy in consultation with the artistic direction . Prospecting and development of the network of broadcast partners of the Company in . Update of the contact database (Filemaker) . Negotiation and sale of shows . Sending and follow-up of invitations during the broadcast of the shows . Establishment and monitoring of assignment contracts . Organization and follow-up of the tours related to the teams concerned (artistic, technical and places of reception) . Ensure the promotion of shows and news of the company - production of the shows creation of the company: . Development of the company's production strategy, in consultation with the artistic direction . Search for financing (co-production, partner sites, grants, calls for projects, ...) . Search for residence places in residence . Negotiation and monitoring of co-production contracts and agreements . Organization and monitoring of the residences in relation with the teams concerned (artistic, technical and places of reception) . Accompaniment of cultural action projects (drawing up quotes and contracts, organizing schedules) Profile Sought: . Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in the broadcasting and production of performing arts at national and international level . Mastery of performing arts networks (puppetry and theater) in France and abroad . Good level of general culture and good knowledge of contemporary creation . Knowledge of the cultural and artistic sector . Bargaining capacity . Ability to build an argument consistent with an artistic purpose . Ability to work in a team .
