Seeking an experienced and versatile Production & Facilities Manager to join our team as we open our doors. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a new theatrical institution from the inside — establishing the systems, workflows, and standards that will define Strongbox’s operations for years to come.

Reporting directly to the theater’s ownership, this role is responsible for the smooth technical execution of all productions as well as the day-to-day management of the physical facility. The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on professional who is equally comfortable in a production meeting and a mechanical room.
