Organization Description
Since 2012 Paul Changarnier, Thomas Demay and Julia Moncla have been imagining shows and performances bringing multiple spaces into play. On stage, in the public space or in situ, the desire to combine live music
and contemporary dance is at the heart of their creative process. In turn, they design and implement projects that bring together artistic and technical collaborators. They seek a common listening in order to create new relationships and vibrations between the bodies.
The Collectif A/R is a company approved by the Ministry of Culture / DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, supported by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region under the Aid to artistic teams and by the City of Lyon under Operating Aid.
For the 2022/2023 season, they are associated with the CND Center national de la danse as part of the “artist in creation” scheme.
Job Description
Under the responsibility of the office of the association, and in close collaboration with the three artistic directors and the production manager, the administrator will have the following missions:
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION
- Preparation and organization of the associative life
- Legal, financial, tax and social monitoring of the structure
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- Management and monitoring of the general budget and the cash flow plan of the structure
- Production, filing and monitoring of requests for aid and subsidies
- Production and management of quotes and invoices, management and monitoring of accounting in connection with the accounting firm
- Contribution to the reflection of the economic strategy of the structure
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
- Drafting and follow-up of employment contracts for artists and technicians
- Management of declarations prior to hiring
- Monthly transmission of remuneration data to the outsourced payroll manager for editing payroll documents. Monitoring of salaries and social security contributions.
MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTIONS
- Realization of provisional budgets with regard to the human, material and financial resources of the structure, and monitoring of the budgets made for creations
- Search for residency partners and financial partners
- Drafting of residency, co-production, transfer and co-production agreements
- Management and follow-up of copyrights and neighboring rights
- Calculation of sale prices for shows
- Contribution to the reflection of the show distribution strategy

- Experience in an equivalent position

- Good knowledge of the live performance environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills in teamwork and in communication with partners
- Writing ease
- Fluency in English
- Autonomy, responsiveness, rigor and availability
