Description:Organization DescriptionThe MOZAÏC association accompanies artistic and cultural actors in a social and solidarity approach, for the implementation of their projects, the development of their activity, the structuring and the administrative management of their association. It also aims to create and lead networks, set up cultural actions promoting social ties that are part of a participatory approach. Job Description As part of its development and the growth of its activity, the Mozaïc association is recruiting a production administrator to support the work of around ten member live performance companies. Under the authority of the Board of Directors and the director, in collaboration with the members and the Mozaïc team - made up of a director, a general secretary, a communication assistant, two people in charge of social management, two accountants and two people in charge of production and associative life – the employee will have the following missions: Main missions: - Administration o Advice on the strategic choices and orientations of the members, support on the structuring, in conjunction with the director. o Development and follow-up of global provisional and updated budgets of about ten companies, in connection with the director. o Participation in the preparation of grant applications (operation, production, specific projects) and follow-up of files, in conjunction with the entire team. o Monitoring and selection of calls for projects, research of funding sources. o Global cash monitoring in conjunction with the accountants. - Production o Participation in the development strategy of the projects of the member companies, in connection with the director. o Participation in certain meetings according to the needs of the members. o Development and monitoring of the production budgets of a dozen live performance companies, in conjunction with the production assistants. o Monitoring of the cash flow of the various productions, in conjunction with the accountants. o Follow-up of the companies' salary policy, in conjunction with the people in charge of social management. o Supervision of quotes, contracts and invoices drawn up by the production assistants. Transversal missions: - Participation in the life of the association Description of the profile sought - Similar experience in the administrative management of companies and/or cultural associations. - Control of budget management. - Concepts of accounting and social management (knowledge of the system of intermittency). - Mastery of office software (Office pack) on PC. - Great interest for the cultural and artistic field, and in particular for the performing arts. - Desire to flourish in several different artistic projects, versatility. - Strong taste for organization and numbers. - Relational skills and teamwork, writing and oral fluency. - Great rigor, autonomy. Full-time permanent contract with a trial period of 3 months, renewable once. Remuneration according to collective agreement CCNEAC group 4 and experience + restaurant tickets + participation in public transport costs.
