Job Description We are excited to grow the Avantgardeners; we are looking for an additional producer / project manager to join our team. You would be involved in a wider array of work steps needed for artistic projects. We create work at the intersection of music, performance, dance, film, fashion and visual arts. Your main focus would be live projects. We care that you engage yourself with genuine interest in our core themes (future, queerness, ecologies, future visions, identity research, pop culture). We are looking for someone who joins our team with interest, energy, dedication and motivation. LOCATION The majority of work surrounding the projects is conducted from home. Since we do a lot of recent projects across Europe with a focus in Greece, Germany, CH, AU, BE, FR, UK, ES and the Netherlands - it would be of advantage if you would live near one of those countries. FEE The salary will be a monthly payment determined by experience - If your working hours with us are more sporadic we can also accommodate daily fees. HOURS Ideally, we are looking to find someone to work with us for a longer term rather than just a couple of months. This continuity will have a positive effect on realising future projects in the most efficient way. There is some flexibility in working hours as we figure out a new balance in our our growing team. It could be anything from 15%- 100% of full time hours. If someone without relevant experience is interested, we are currently open for assisting work too.
