Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Experiential Production, you will oversee event planning and activation, and lead on-site production in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, ensuring all deliverables are met.

You will coordinate staffing and logistics for all non-premise brand experiences (event staffing, asset transportation, product delivery).
You will manage local storage and inventory of event assets, POS and general event supplies.
You will work with vendors, including insurance carriers, procure permits, civic documents, and permits.
You will be responsible for post event recaps, feedback, goal event data recaps and insights on all events.
You will oversee client communication, challenges, and solutions.
You will manage our PO system, event budget creation and implementation, expense tracking and management, and reporting.
You will ensure activation in compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, company policies, and client marketing codes.
Qualifications
Person Specification

2 years minimum experience producing experiential/event production projects within a marketing or communications environment in the spirits/beer/wine industry
Familiar with the Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets and are flexible to accommodate work travel between them
Organizational and coordinating abilities
Managed numerous events and timelines simultaneously
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000 - $96,025. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
